We had a very intriguing year in 2020! The pandemic caught us all unguarded and we had to adjust quickly to the new market environment. It was hard to predict where the market will go – but we all know now that the US Real Estate market is stronger than ever. Demand for Real Estate is through the roof so while many companies saw slowness in business, Nadlan Group thrived. It was not luck. Our CEO Lior Lustig, that comes from a background of more than 20 years of being the CTO of IT technology companies in Israel and in the US, has aimed for Nadlan to be an online-only company many years ago when it all started in 2016, so while many companies struggled in moving their infrastructures online – we been ready, and we could actually open new major divisions for our company and strengthen the current divisions.

Nadlan Group® has never been more accessible! Also, we have added several valuable products requested by our clients. Additionally, Nadlan Group® users selected Ramat Gan again as this year’s conference location. It is planned to be an extraordinary, informative event.

Nadlan Group operates Nadlan University, that teaches the most advanced Wholesaling Program. The properties on this site were located by our firm, our students and by our Wholesalers affiliates.

What does Wholesaling means?

We have an entire operation to reach landlords, and get their property under contract, below market value!

We are basically selling you the contract and help you close on the deal – we placed the efforts, and you enjoy a great deal below market value.

What kind of properties can you find?

Most properties has the ARV – After Repair Value, which is an estimation of the value after repairs. As well we usualy try to bring you the CMA – Comparables listings, so you can see the value of similiar properties.

We always recommend to do your own Due Diligence and we always try to bring at least 10 pictures so you can see the condition.

With every listing you will need to transfer a non refundal deposit upon signing the contract with the title company, and closing is usualy done by cash or hard money – closing is fast. If you have any question, you are welcome to contact us.

House hunters say they are ready to buy in the next six months, even in a recession. Here’s why!

Is the economy in recession? 30 year mortgage rates close to 6%? No matter - some apartment buyers still plan to buy a house in the next six months, according to a new survey.
