INTERIOR FINISHES
PARTITION WALLS/CEILINGS
Furnish and install new partition walls as per plans spaced 16″ o.c.
Furnish and install all insulation (R-30 Ceiling), (R5.1 Exterior Block Walls).
Furnish and install new 5/8” drywall on all ceilings and new ½” drywall on all interior partition
walls, all bathrooms will feature cement boards within the wet areas and mold resistant boards on
the surrounding walls. Mold-resistant drywall will be installed at all plumbing pipe protrusions
such as kitchens and laundry rooms and AC closets.
All drywall to be taped, spackled ready for paint. (finish to be paintable or texture as determined
by BNB.
Furnish and apply white ceiling paint and white trims for
TILES- (WALLS & FLOORS)
Furnish and install new ceramic wall tiles (neutral color, 12″ x 12″ $1.05 purchase allowance))
within the bathroom wet areas and 12″ x 12″ non-slip tiles within the shower floor.
Furnish and install new 16″ x 16″ ceramic floor tiles throughout the house, $1.10 purchase
allowance.
INTERIOR DOORS & TRIMS
Furnish and install new two or six panel hollow core doors with trims caulked and painted white
complete with lever handle locksets. Sizes will be in accordance with the plans. Furnish and
install new paneled hollow doors as per plans.
Furnish and install new clamshell base boards caulked and painted white.
No window treatments included.
INTERIOR PAINT
Furnish and apply new drywall primer/sealer.
Furnish and apply white ceiling paint and white semi-gloss paint to all trims and one main paint
for the body of the interior walls.
CABINETRY
Furnish and install new kitchen cabinets, shaker style, white and or gray complete with stone
counter (builders grade finish).
