Anyone know Cleveland well? I was offered to buy a project in Edgewater. Kenya at 35 for the door, easy renovation of the units, raising occupancy and sale at 45. The price is attractive but the rent for the scap is lower than what I know in Connecticut (where I work). I would be happy if anyone familiar with the area would have an opinion: Is this door reasonable price for a property stabilized there? Is there a requirement to rent at this location?
